Cancellation Policy:
All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+ICDCS@computer.org by 15 May, 2026, 11:59 PM Korea Time. There will be an administrative fee of US$220 for cancelled Conference + Workshop and Conference registrations and a 20% cancellation fee for Workshop Only registrations
Author registrations are non-refundable.
