As one of the IEEE Computer Society’s flagship conferences, the annual IEEE International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS) is a premier international forum for researchers, developers, and users to present, discuss, and exchange the cutting edge ideas on topics related to any aspects of Distributed Computing Systems. 

The 2026 edition, themed “Leading the Wave of Distributed Computing Systems,” will feature a comprehensive and high-quality technical program that includes research paper tracks, keynotes, tutorials, and workshops. IEEE ICDCS 2026 will also host a PhD Student Symposium and a Posters and Demos Session, providing a vibrant forum for researchers and practitioners to share latest findings, showcase prototypes, and receive valuable feedback. The conference brings together a global community from academia and industry to explore the latest advancements in distributed computing, exchange insights and best practices, and spark new collaborations that will shape the future of the field.
